Bertsozale Elkartea informs anyone who registers for any events organised by the association that their data will be included in the association’s data processing system for the following purposes: contacting the registered person; correctly managing the requests received; and performing the legitimate functions of their activity. Registration in any of the events entails the granting of consent for the data processing described.

Bertsozale Elkartea informs people participating in any events organised (totally or partially) by the association that photographs and video or audio recordings may be taken at such events. As a result, their image and voice may be incorporated into data processing systems owned by Bertsozale Elkartea and processed in order to document the event and, where appropriate, edit, publish and disseminate it in different media and formats, electronic or otherwise, websites and web channels (with special reference to the website www.bertsozale. eus), the media, social and information networks, in informative materials and other publications, whether or not produced by Bertsozale Elkartea, on the Internet, in paper or in any other medium.

10. Jurisdiction

The relationships established between Bertsozale Elkartea and the user of the website shall be governed by the provisions of the existing legislation concerning the applicable law and jurisdiction.
